RETURN & EXCHANGE Return Policy Returns can only be made if the goods you purchase are with manufacturing mistakes or damaged. Please send us SMS to our SMS center number OR Email to admin@juice-string.com not more than 3 working days after you have received the goods, with full name, mobile number & invoice number. Goods returned, MUST BE unused, new, inside the packaging. Goods returned that are used/dirty/damaged because of Customer’s own handling, will not be allowed and may be sent back to the Customer. Exchange Policy Please bear in mind that Juice String does not give exchange due to sizing problems, dislikes on product, color or style, changing your mind after receiving the goods.
