HOW TO SHOP ONLINE? 1. Browse through our Collection, select the items you’d like to buy. Click “Add to Shopping Bag” button. For colours & sizes you want to order, please let us know via e-mail, since we still do manual stock check. 2. You will be directed to the “Your Shopping Bag” page. You"ll be given the total of your basket. If you’d like to proceed with the order, click the “Check Out” button. If you still want to shop, click “Shop More” button or click "Shop" on the Menu bar. 3. After you clicked on the “Check Out” button, please fill in the form given with CORRECT details. 4. We will send you invoice/notification via e-mail regarding your order confirmation and summary. We will also tell you the stock update of your order and the shipping fee. If we haven"t sent you e-mail, please DO NOT make any payment first. 5. Please make the payment within 48 hours after you have received the confirmation of stock availability. For shoes pre-orders, our Customer Service will let you know that you only need to pay IDR200,000 for down payment of shoes orders. The rest will need to be paid when the shoes are done & ready to be sent to you. 6. When you have made the payment, please give confirmation by email with format: Full Customer Name_Invoice Number_Name of Bank Account that you transferred the payment from_amount you transferred. 8. After we verified your payment (usually takes not more than 1 working day), we will send your goods shortly!! (Goods that are ready stock will be sent during working days/hours of our Courier Service: Monday-Friday/9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) HAPPY SHOPPING!
