Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 1. How is the Stock at Juice String? ALL Our Clothing & Accessories Products are Ready Stock, our “Juice String” Shoes are in low level ready stock and you have to ORDER the shoes when it is not available, it only takes about 14-19 working days (exclude Sat/Sun & public holidays). 2. Why do most Juice String shoes have to be Made-to-Order? We only keep very minimum level of ready stock for our handmade shoes. Therefore, most of our shoes need to be made-to-order. As most of our materials/fabrics are limited only, we do not want any Customer missing out on the shoes they’d like to order. We also want to minimize production waste to help keep our environment clean. 3. Can you customize Juice String shoes? Yes, you can! You can adjust the heels/wedge height, Color/materials of that are available.. simply ask us when you order and let us know what you want, we"ll assist you on that matter! 4. What shipping Company does Juice String use and how long does it take? Please refer to our “Delivery Method & Fee” Page. 5. What happened if I don’t receive the goods for more than 7 working days? We suggest you contact us via Email. We will try our best to help you out in contacting the courier service. But, we are NOT responsible for any loss or delay in shipment of the goods/package due to incomplete address, misspelled address, and no recipient at the address. 6. What is the Return & Exchange Policy? Please refer to our “Return & Exchange” Page. 7. Can I receive order confirmation from other number beside Juice String’s SMS Center number? NO! Make sure you get SMS only from our SMS Center number: 0815 1100 4934. If you receive SMS from other number, please ignore… We want this shopping experience to be as safe as possible for you. Will I be told to transfer payment to other bank account other than Juice String’s Bank account numbers given in the website? NO! Please make sure that bank payment transfer is only made to either our BCA acc. no. 500-5678-789 OR BNI acc. no. 0166-138-225 (Account name: Lisa Muljadi). Do not make any payment to other account other than that, as we want to make your shopping experience a secure and happy one! (Juice String is not responsible for any Customer"s mistakes in transferring money to other account/s besides those stated in our website). 9. How to measure my foot? You can follow the instructions given in the “How to Measure your foot” page. Juice String shoes fits perfectly for narrow to normal feet. If your feet are wide, we suggest you take a size bigger.
