DELIVERY METHOD & FEE We use TIKI/JNE (regular service) for our domestic order, it will take about 1-3 working days for Jabodetabek area, 2-5 working days for other cities in Indonesia. For international order, length of delivery times will vary. Please contact us for further details regarding international shipment. Fee will be variable depending on your location. You can check it yourself at www.tiki-online.com for domestic rates from Jakarta (as Juice String is based on Jakarta). Shipping fee is based on the weight of your order. If your order is more than 1 kg, another kg is added to the shipping fee. Shipping fee of your order (in your shopping basket) will be automatically added after you check out. Juice String is not responsible for the loss of the products being shipped by the couriers TIKI/JNE. It is Customer’s responsibility to give and provide full complete address with post code in order to prevent goods not being sent rightfully and correctly and/or being missing in the process of shipping to the Customer by the couriers. If any of these happens, please contact us, we may be able to help you in contacting TIKI/JNE or you can contact them yourselves as we will provide the tracking number.
